1) What is TellandReview?
TellandReview is an independent website that publishes product reviews and buying guides for consumer electronics and household/auto accessories (e.g., PCs, dashcams, small appliances). We don’t sell products—our content is informational.
2) Do you sell or ship products?
No. We don’t operate a store or handle orders, shipping, returns, or warranties. If you buy something after clicking a link, your transaction is with the retailer (e.g., Amazon).
3) Are your links affiliate links?
Sometimes. We participate in the Amazon Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate links don’t change your price and help us keep the site running.
4) Do affiliate commissions affect your reviews?
No. Our editorial opinions are independent. If any content is sponsored or paid for, we label it clearly (e.g., “Sponsored” or, in the UK, “Ad”).
5) Why don’t you show price or stock?
Prices and availability change frequently and are controlled by the retailer. We don’t display them on our site—please click “View on Amazon” to see current information.
6) How do you choose what to review?
We look at product specifications, features, reliability, user feedback, and (where possible) hands-on testing. We focus on usefulness, value, and real-world experience.
7) Can I request a review of a specific product?
Yes—email support@tellandreview.com with the product name, link, and why you think it’s useful. We can’t guarantee coverage, but we consider all requests.
8) Do you accept product samples?
We may accept samples for evaluation; this does not guarantee a review or a positive verdict. Unless agreed in writing, samples may not be returned.
9) I have an issue with an order I placed on Amazon—can you help?
We don’t have access to retailer order systems. For shipping, returns, or warranty issues, please contact the retailer’s customer support directly.
10) Can I use or republish your content or images?
Not without permission. Our reviews, images, and graphics are protected. For licensing requests, email support@tellandreview.com.
11) How do you handle errors and corrections?
If you spot a mistake, email support@tellandreview.com with the page URL and details. We review and, when appropriate, update the article and the “Last updated” date.
12) What’s your privacy and cookie approach?
See our Privacy & Cookies Policy for details. In the EU/UK, non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics/ads) require your consent; you can change your choices anytime in the cookie banner/settings.
13) Is TellandReview suitable for children?
Our content is intended for general audiences but not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from children.
